It was Day #2 of 21dayfix and day 2 of my 3-day refresh (21dayfix kickstart). I had upper Fix today and arms/shoulders are not my forte but I made it just fine and even went up 2lbs in hand weights from the last round. The more weight you use (controllably) the more your core gets worked!
I decided to demonstrate a cross punch and a tricep kickback.
Here's a sample of my food today -It felt like I ate the whole day!
  • WATER!!
  • BREAKFAST: A chocolicious Shakeology shake (chocolicious is a word, right?)
  • LATE MORNING: Fiber Sweep, (a digestive health drink )
